D400 - FAMILY & MEDICAL LEAVES OF ABSENCE ("FMLA") 

Western Wayne Schools and its Board of School Trustees will comply with the Family Medical Leave Act (“FMLA”). The Superintendent/designee will develop administrative guidelines to ensure compliance with the current regulations of the FMLA.
