TEST SECURITY PROVISIONS FOR STATEWIDE ASSESSMENTS

It is the intent of the Board that all staff comply with the requirements of the Indiana Department of Education (IDOE) regarding test security of the statewide assessments and the Indiana Assessments Policy Manual. The School Corporation’s testing “policy” shall consist of this Board of School Trustees policy and the corresponding Administrative Guidelines.  The Superintendent is directed to develop and maintain Administrative Guidelines (C275-R) that fully comply with IDOE requirements in this area and that are reviewed annually

The Corporation will develop a local testing schedule, including  the assessment name, testing dates and times, applicable grade levels, content areas, and testing room locations, prior to the start of the testing window for each assessment. The schedule will be annually adopted by the Superintendent as an Administrative Guideline.
